All photo packages include professional HDR interior and exterior photos and professional editing with a clear view out windows and guaranteed blue skies on exterior shots.  Photos are delivered in 24 hours.  Virtual staging photos are delivered in 48 hours or less.  Prices are based on properties that are two acres or less.  Add an additional $8.00 per acre for each acre over two.  Please, call for quotes for homes larger than 5000 square feet.  If travel time is an hour or more, a travel fee of $50 will be added.  

Cancellations:

There will be a $25 rescheduling fee if canceled and rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled shoot.  The fee is $50 if canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled shoot and not rescheduled.
